About

Olivia Ellis, M.S., M.A. is a keynote speaker, international fitness presenter, consultant, and wellness writer and educator who explores the relationship between love, connection, and health and well-being. She blends academic rigor with a background in research during her PhD with real world application.

As a Spinning® Master Instructor, she leads instructor certifications and continuing education for the company that founded the category of indoor cycling and she also films classes for the Spinning® app.

Olivia has presented at international conferences and wellness events and teaches at the Graduate level with experience instructing both Kinesiology and Psychology college courses. Her work spans hospitals, hospitality, luxury wellness, and corporate settings, where she develops and delivers wellness education.

Olivia is a contributor for some of the top fitness industry magazines, and has co-authored a chapter published in the Oxford Research Encyclopedia of Psychology. Previously, Olivia managed more than 140 fitness professionals across five locations and co-taught a 200-hour yoga teacher training.

Olivia has an academic background in nutrition, physical activity, and psychology as well as real-world experience in all 3 disciplines, making her uniquely suited for consulting on wellness education. She holds a B.S. in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise, an M.S. in Exercise Science, an M.A. in Positive Developmental Psychology and Evaluation, and is currently completing her Ph.D. in Positive Developmental Psychology. Olivia also holds over 10 different wellness certifications.
